Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open their guide in a browser from a link or QR code. They can also save it to their home screen for easy access.
What does the AI concierge know?
The live concierge is designed to answer only from your property guide and cite its sources. Questions it cannot answer should go to the host. This preview uses a local guide lookup, with no AI service connected.
Can I use my existing house manual?
Yes. Paste the content you own into the property setup form. The demo saves it as a section you can edit. AI-assisted organization will be available after the AI integration is configured.
How do extras payments work?
Live extras will use Stripe Checkout with payouts to connected host accounts and a 5% platform fee. Extras in this demo are a preview; no payments are taken.
